new album... yes, it's really happening!

hello!
i've just arrived back from a week out in the country,, on a farm just past the Barossa Valley (South Australia) where i was busy recording new songs. The new album is 'almost' finished !
It is winter here and the weather was totally crazy all week,, and COLD! but luckily i was set-up next to a wood fire which kept me fairly happy.

~ The fantastic fire that was still glowing at 7:30am the next morning (Thanks to the fire tending expertise of Alexandra.P.R!)

~ sleeping, eating(mostly biscuits), drinking (mostly tea) and recording all from the comfort of one quite comfortable lounge chair

~ bits'n'pieces

~ All rugged up to get some (very!) fresh air

small movies - Part 1

This is the 1st of about 4 small movies i am currently encoding which were taken of us playing live at The Warehouse Christmas/Moving Out Party in London UK on the 9th of this month. They are just small excerpts of songs as they were only shot on a digital stills camera. I have some better footage from the York show which i am working on encoding and will post here soon also. Thanks to Fergal (mr. meow) for the warehouse party footage!

Last month...

Last month we played a few shows in dublin, London & York... we had alot of fun and here are a few photo's...

(4) Probably the best sunset i've seen in England in the 6 years i've been here,, it made the Ryanair excess baggage fee which i had to pay for taking the Juno-6 with us not seem so terrible afterall !

(5) On the road to the University of York Music research Centre we had the pleasure of seeing this amazing double rainbow
